GGAPP's 2014 Annual Planning Session was held on July 18, 2014 at the First Pacific Leadership Academy, Antipolo City. The annual activity allows GGAPP's members to review the previous year's performance and strategically plan its activities for the coming year.
The 3rd Annual GGAPP Forum on Good Governance, Business Ethics, and Compliance, titled "Converging Lights on Good Governance Reforms", was held on March 17, 2014, at the Intercontinental Hotel, Makati City. The forum speakers were His Eminence Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle, Archbishop of Manila, Hon. Maria Leonor Robredo, Congresswoman, 3rd District Camarines Sur, and Mr. Guillermo "Bill" Luz, Co-Chairman of the Philippine National Competitiveness Council.
GGAPP held its Annual Planning Session on August 23, 2013 at OneE-Com Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. The annual activity allows GGAPP's members to review the previous year's performance and strategically plan its activities for the coming year.
In January of 2013, GGAPP held its second Annual General Membership Meeting. The AGM was hosted by the Manila Water Company in Quezon City. Included in the AGM agenda was the nomination and election of Trustees and Officers for 2013, Committee Reports and a special tour of Manila Water's facilities.
GGAPP held its 2012 Planning Session last July 19-20, 2012 at Anvaya Cove, Morong, Bataan, Philippines. The annual event serves as a venue for its members to review the previous year's performance and strategically plan its activities for the coming year.
On January 20, 2012 , GGAPP held its first Annual General Membership Meeting. The AGM was held at the Manila Water Company's office in Balara, Quezon City. Highlights of the AGM include the nomination and election of Trustees and Officers for 2012, Committee Reports and a special presentation given by representatives of Integrity Initiative.
On December 7, 2011, GGAPP conducted its first educational activity entitled Tips and Traps: A Discussion on the Experiences of US and Global Companies in Ethics, Compliance and Corporate Governance. Mr. Steve Priest of the Ethical Leadership Group/Global Compliance Services based in New York was the event's resource person.
GGAPP held its first annual planning session on July 21-22, 2011 at the Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City, Philippines. The activity gave GGAPP an opportunity to establish its Mission, Vision and Values, aligning with these its plans for the upcoming year and the future of the association.
GGAPP held its Organizational Launch and Induction of Officers on April 1, 2011 at the Lighthouse, MERALCO. Representatives of Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Bangko Sentral Pilipinas (BSP) were present to lend their support to GGAPP. The officers were inducted by Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) Secretary Gerald Lukban. The keynote address was given by Mr. Keith Darcy, Executive Director of the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA), a worldwide organization of ethics and compliance officers based out of Massachusetts, U.S.A.
